Children can be very fussy eaters and may refuse food to show independence or just to be able to have control over a small part of their lives or they may be too busy playing and learning to be interested in food.

All the great advice about healthy eating and nutritional requirements becomes extremely difficult for the parent to follow, causing a great deal of stress for both the parents and the child. Your child will not become malnourished. Fussy eating is normally a short-term problem that will resolve over a short period of time. For those that remain fussy for longer periods, keep trying but don’t fret. Children will eat when they are hungry.
