Luckily, cauliflower has become an adaptable vegetable and is now being used to substitute all your favourite foods! Cauliflower contains a lot of vitamins and minerals, it contains fibre which aids in digestive health and it\u2019s very easy to add to your meals.<br>Here are some ideas for transform your cauliflower into more than just a Sunday lunch side:<br>\u2022 Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce<br>o Alfredo is always a family favourite and quick and easy to make. However, it is very rich and creamy and can be a bit too much some night. Saut\u00e9 your garlic and boil your cauliflower. Transfer to a blender, add some salt, pepper and blend until smooth. Serve over your delicious pasta!<br>\u2022 Cauliflower Pizza Crust and Rice<br>o Luckily these products are now readily available in most of your grocery stores. The provide a nice low-carbohydrate option for lunch and dinner and quick to prepare. They are a good option when you already have some starchy foods on your plate.<br>\u2022 Cauliflower Steaks<br>o This is a good idea for your next Meatless Monday meal. Cut your cauliflower into thick \u2018steaks\u2019. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and paprika on both sides. Cover with foil and bake for 5 minutes and thereafter, remove the foil and bake for another 10minutes. Flip and roast them until golden brown and serve. The combination cooking method allows for a tender steak that pairs well with any sauce.<br>\u2022 Cauliflower buffalo wings<br>o There\u2019s a lot of recipes going around and cauliflower buffalo wings are very popular. Most of them work excellent and taste delicious. The toasted florets offer a nice flavour and pairs well with a spicy wing sauce. Just be sure to season your cauliflower batter well, bake them at a high temperature and allow your wing sauce to cool to prevent your \u2018wings\u2019 from becoming soggy.<br>\u2022 Spicy Chicken Fried Cauliflower<br>o It is a quick and easy recipe that has converted some into loving cauliflower! They are also very crunchy and can be used as an appetizer or main meal. The flour mixture uses a variety of spices that gives it that \u2018chicken\u2019 taste.
